It is the end user’s responsibility to ensure that the software, sound ware or other digital product is suitable to work on their machine at the time of purchase.
All relevant information regarding system requirements and compatibility is clearly stated on all product pages.
Where available, demo trials are offered on product pages for the purpose of allowing customers to try before they buy. We strongly encourage customers to take advantage of any available trials to ensure functionality with their system prior to purchasing.
It is also the end user’s responsibility to check the current support status of any purchased software, prior to updating to a new operating system.
We will not accept refund requests pertaining to issues surrounding compatibility wherein the above statements are true.
Customers can cancel their purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date and providing they have not downloaded their digital content. This period is waived if customers decide to download their digital content immediately after purchase and the right to cancel the sale will be lost.
When receiving a cancellation request, our support team will verify the download status and applicable licenses will be revoked from user accounts. Users may need to provide proof of revocation before a refund is finalized.
If users have purchased a duplicate order in error, they must contact our support team within 14 days of the purchase date of the duplicate order. Again, the right to cancel will be waived if the digital content has been downloaded.
Products which are purchased in a bundle cannot be returned partially as individual titles.
Customers with subscription services can cancel at any time. Customers who cancel their subscription with time left in their billing period, will be able to use the software until the end of that billing period.
Occasionally, we may offer limited sales, discounts and other promotions in which pricing is subject to change. We do not accept any cancellations on orders purchased prior to any separate promotion. Customers may request a partial refund, to reflect the promotional price, providing requests are made within 14 days of the original purchase date, and only for the duration of the limited promotion.
